To assign state registration number 1-01-80170-N to the issue of securities.

To register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company RGS Non-Governmental Pension Fund placed through allocation of shares.

To assign state registration number 1-01-50177-A to the issue of securities.

To register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company REGIONFOND Non-Governmental Pension Fund placed through allocation of shares.

To assign state registration number 1-01-80166-N to the issue of securities.

To register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company RESO Savings Fund Non-Governmental Pension Fund placed through allocation of shares.
