On Bank of Russia decisions of 4 July 2014 

On 4 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To agree on the reorganisation through transformation of the non-governmental pension fund National Non-Governmental Fund for Pension Provision and Social Security of Metallurgists into an open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund of Metallurgists, to register the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund of Metallurgists and to re-issue a documental confirmation of the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund of Metallurgists.
2. To agree on the reorganisation through transformation of REGIONFOND Non-Governmental Pension Fund into a closed joint-stock company REGIONFOND Non-Governmental Pension Fund, to register the closed joint-stock company REGIONFOND Non-Governmental Pension Fund and to re-issue a documental confirmation of the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the closed joint-stock company REGIONFOND Non-Governmental Pension Fund.
3. To agree on the reorganisation through transformation of KIT Finance Non-Governmental Pension Fund into a closed joint-stock company KIT Finance Non-Governmental Pension Fund, to register the closed joint-stock company KIT Finance Non-Governmental Pension Fund and to re-issue a documental confirmation of the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the closed joint-stock company KIT Finance Non-Governmental Pension Fund.
4. To agree on the reorganisation through transformation of RGS Non-Governmental Pension Fund into an open joint-stock company RGS Non-Governmental Pension Fund, to register the open joint-stock company RGS Non-Governmental Pension Fund and to re-issue a documental confirmation of the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the open joint-stock company RGS Non-Governmental Pension Fund.
5. To agree on the reorganisation through transformation of the non-profit organisation RESO Savings Fund Non-Governmental Pension Fund into a closed joint-stock company RESO Savings Fund Non-Governmental Pension Fund, to register the closed joint-stock company RESO Savings Fund Non-Governmental Pension Fund and to re-issue a documental confirmation of the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the closed joint-stock company RESO Savings Fund Non-Governmental Pension Fund.
