On appointment of a provisional administration

In accordance with Para. 2 Article 189²⁶ and Articles 18931, 189³², 189³⁵ of the Federal Law ‘‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, following revocation of the banking licence of Non-banking Credit Organisation CreditAlliance, Limited Liability Company (Reg. No. 3472-K, the City of Vologda, registration date — 21 June 2007, Order No. OD-1795, dated 8 June 2016) the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-1796, dated 8 June 2016) to appoint, effective 8 June 2016, a provisional administration to manage the above-mentioned credit institution until the time the court of arbitration awards a judgement recognising the above-mentioned credit institution as bankrupt and bankruptcy proceedings are initiated (approval of a liquidator) or until the time the court’s award on appointment of the liquidator becomes effective.

Svetlana P. Veresova, Chief Economist, Banking Supervision Section, Vologda Branch is appointed as head of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Non-banking Credit Organisation CreditAlliance.

The provisional administration to manage Non-banking Credit Organisation CreditAlliance shall also include: N.V. Rastorguev, E.M. Koksharova, A.S. Melnikova, E.V. Lebedev.
