The Bank of Russia Board of Directors decided as follows:
To establish the following list of national rating agencies which rate Russian entities, as well as minimum solvency ratings for each of the listed agencies for the purpose of Sub-clauses 3.12.2.9 and 3.12.2.15, Clause 3.12, Clause 6.5 of Bank of Russia Regulation No.
