On the list of national rating agencies and minimum solvency ratings (for the purposes of Bank of Russia Instruction No. 139-I, dated 3 December 2012)

The Bank of Russia Board of Directors decided as follows:

To establish the following list of national rating agencies which assign ratings used by the Bank of Russia with regard to Russian entities, as well as minimum solvency ratings for each of the listed agencies for the purpose of Sub-clause 2.3.27, Clause 2.3, Code 8850, Appendix 1, Clause 7 Appendix 3 of Bank of Russia Instruction No. 139-I, dated 3 December 2012, ‘On Banks’ Required Ratios’:

This decision is to become effective since it is published on the Bank of Russia website.
