On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow, dated 28 October 2014, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank IntrustBank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3144, date of registration — 20 October 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3121 dated 7 November 2014) to terminate from 10 November 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank IntrustBank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2520, dated 16 September 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank IntrustBank or OJSC JSCB IntrustBank Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
