On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 102 (1580) of 7 November 2014 has been released.

The issue publishes information on the decision of the Bank of Russia Board of Directors of 31 October 2014 on increasing the Bank of Russia key rate to 9.50% per annum and on changing interest rates on specialised refinancing instruments.

The section Credit Institutions provides data on foreign currency flows on the territory of the Russian Federation through the authorised banks in July 2014.

The issue publishes a register of liquidators accredited with the Bank of Russia as receivers appointed in case of credit institution bankruptcy as of 28 October 2014.
