National Financial Board holds meeting

On 6 October 2020, the National Financial Board (NFB) meeting considered the draft Monetary Policy Guidelines for 2021-2023, as well as information of the Bank of Russia Board of Directors on the key issues of the regulator’s activities in 2020 Q2.

The participants discussed the Bank of Russia’s activities aimed at improving the mechanism of income assessment for the purpose of calculating a borrower’s debt burden ratio, heard the report of FBSC AMC Ltd. for 2019 and the report of the auditor for the Bank of Russia’s 2019 annual financial statements based on NFB recommendations.

The NFB approved Bank of Russia regulations governing the accounting procedures at the Bank of Russia.
