On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow, dated 17 September 2014, on recognising the credit institution Commercial Bank UNIKOR (open joint-stock company) (Bank of Russia registration number is 2586, a date of registration is 25 November 1993) insolvent (bankrupt) and appointing a receiver in accordance with Point 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. ОD-2732, dated 7 October 2014) to terminate from 8 October 2014 the activities of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank UNIKOR (open joint-stock company) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. ОD-1889, dated 25 July 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank UNIKOR (Open Joint-stock Company) OJSC UNIKORBANK Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
