On Bank of Russia decision of 5 August 2014

To register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company SITRONICS-Nano placed through the exchange of a share in the authorised capital of the limited liability company under conversion for shares of the joint-stock company established through conversion.
To assign state registration number 1-01-80175-N to the issue of securities.
To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company United Heavy Machinery Plants (Uralmash-Izhora Group) OMZ placed through private subscription.
To assign state registration number 1-01-30174-D-007D to the additional issue of securities.
To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Russian Space Systems placed through private subscription.
To assign state registration number 1-01-13899-А-006D to the additional issue of securities.
To register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Zheleznogorskaya TETS placed through acquisition of shares of the joint-stock company established through separation by the joint-stock company reorganised through the separation, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50169-А.
To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Technopark-Technology placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-12983-Е-003D.
To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Academician V.P.Makeyev State Rocket Centre placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55375-Е-007D.
To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Tambov Plant Oktyabr placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-43160-А-007D.
