On Bank of Russia decision of 6 August 2014

On 6 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:

To agree on the reorganisation of the Non-Governmental Pension Fund Surgutneftegaz through separation of a non-profit pension fund with its simultaneous conversion into the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Surgutneftegaz, to register the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Surgutneftegaz, to issue licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Surgutneftegaz and to register the Pension rules and the Insurance rules of the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Surgutneftegaz, and the Rules of organisation and internal control in the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Surgutneftegaz.
