rules of trust management of Gamma Capital, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Management Company Everest Asset Management, limited liability company;

amendments and addenda to rules of trust management of Defense Systems — Realty, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Management Company Reserve Asset Management, limited liability company.
