Deadlines for information disclosure by issuers

The period from 6 through 8 May was announced as non-work days. On 29 April 2020, the Bank of Russia’s Board of Directors approved the decision to extend the deadlines for information disclosure by issuers in the form of an issuer’s report, list of affiliates, and annual accounting (financial) statements.¹ In view of the above, the Bank of Russia hereby notifies parties concerned of the deadlines for disclosing the said data.

Issuer’s reports for 2020 Q1 are to be published by 15 June 2020. Issuers shall disclose the list of their affiliates for 2020 Q1 by 25 May 2020 and publish their 2019 accounting (financial) statements by 27 May 2020.
