On securities issue

On 30 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register reports on the results of the issue of series 01, 02 and 03 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company URALCHEM Group placed through private subscription, state registration numbers of issue are 4-01-55329-Е, 4-02-55329-Е and 4-03-55329-Е.

To recognise these issues of securities invalid due to the non-placement of any security and to cancel their state registration.

To suspend the issue of securities of the open joint-stock company Innovational Industrial Park Hi-Tech Technological Park Technopolis Himgrad placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-57125-D-003D.

To register an issue of class A1 and A2 non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds placed through public subscription, class B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds placed through private subscription, and a prospectus of class A1 and A2 non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent Uralsib 02.

To assign state registration numbers 4-01-82411-H, 4-02-82411-H and 4-03-82411-H to the issues of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Innopolis Special Economic Zone placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-57384-D-001D.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Nash Dom Primorye placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-31624-F-008D.

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Mosvodokanal placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55517-Е-002D to the additional issue of securities.

To register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund MECHEL-FUND placed through allocation of shares.

To assign state registration number 1-01-50195-А to the issue of securities.
