On the release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 89-90 (1567-1568) of 6 October 2014 has been released.

The issue publishes Bank of Russia Regulation No. 428-P, dated 11 August 2014, ‘On the Standards of Securities Issue, the Procedure for the State Registration of the Issue (Additional Issue) of Issue-Grade Securities, the State Registration of Reports on the Results of the Issue (Additional Issue) of Issue-Grade Securities and the Registration of Prospectuses of Securities’ (becomes effective 10 days after the official publication in the Bank of Russia Bulletin).
