Activity of provisional administration to manage JSC Sauber Bank terminated
On 6 August 2021, the Bank of Russia terminated the activity of the provisional administration1 appointed to manage JSC Sauber Bank (hereinafter, the Bank).
No signs of insolvency (bankruptcy) have been established as a result of the provisional administration-conducted inspection of the credit institution.
On 22 July 2021, the Arbitration Court of St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region decided on a compulsory winding-up of the Bank.
The State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency was appointed as a receiver.
