On termination of provisional administration operations
Following the Arbitration Court of the Oryol Region ruling dated 21 April 2016 on Case No. А48-1180/2016 on recognition of the credit institution Bank ZERICH, Closed Joint-Stock Company, BoR Registration Number 3278, registration date 16 November 1995) as bankrupt and appointment of a receiver pursuant to Clause 3 Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia has decided to terminate (Order No. ОD-1403, dated 4 May 2016), effective 5 May 2016, the operations of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Bank ZERICH, Closed Joint-Stock Company, as appointed in accordance with Bank of Russia Order No.ОD-675, dated 26 February 2016 ‘On appointment of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Bank ZERICH, Closed Joint-Stock Company, Oryol, following revocation of a banking licence’.
