On Bank of Russia decisions of 29 April 2014

On 29 April 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

— the Tsentralny closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by VTB Capital Asset Management closed joint-stock company (the city of Moscow);

— the Noviye Zemelniye Investitsii closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Centre Asset Management closed joint-stock company (the city of Moscow);

— the Allianz-Equities open-end equity unit investment fund managed by Allianz Investments open joint-stock company (the city of Moscow);

— the CentreInvest-Realty closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Centre Invest Management Company LLC (the city of St. Petersburg).
