On reissuing forms of licences

On 2 November 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

the Moscow-based Bank Reserve Finance and Investments, joint-stock company, to carry out dealer activity due to a change of name,

the Moscow-based Commercial Bank LOCKO-Bank, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name,

the Novosibirsk-based Novosibirsk Social Commercial Bank Levoberezhny, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name,

the Moscow-based Commercial Bank AVANGARD, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name,

the Moscow-based NRC Independent Registrar Company, joint-stock company, to keep a register of securities owners due to a change of name,

the Moscow-based Bank Development-Capital, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name and location.
