On 31 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register the rules of trust management:
Mortgage coverage of Perspective-1 Mortgage Participation Certificates managed by the closed joint-stock company FUNDAMENT Management Company;
Mortgage coverage of Perspective-2 Mortgage Participation Certificates managed by the closed joint-stock company FUNDAMENT Management Company.
