On 1 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to add information on the following entities to the state register of microfinance organisations:

• the Voronezh-based Loans VRN, limited liability company;
• the Chelyabinsk-based Udobno-Dengi Ural, limited liability company;
• the Moscow-based AlfaFinService Microfinance Organisation, limited liability company;
• the Moscow-based LEMON CAPITAL MICROFINANCE ORGANISATION, limited liability company;
• the Bryansk-based Bryansk Financial Company, limited liability company;
• the Moscow-based SOLDI, limited liability company;
• the Neftekamsk-based KAMAREGION, limited liability company;
• the Ryazan-based Invest Ryazan, limited liability company;
• the Moscow-based Accept Microfinance organisation, limited liability company;
• the Yaroslavl-based Joy of Life, limited liability company;
• the Saransk-based Phoenix-Group, limited liability company;
• the Kursk-based STIMINVEST, limited liability company;
• the Levashi-based Calypso, limited liability company;
• the Ryazan-based Kassa-Finance, limited liability company;
