On termination of provisional administration operations
Following the Moscow Region’s Arbitration Court ruling, dated 4 April 2015, on Case No. А40-31573/1638-55B on recognition of Commercial Bank Alta Bank, Closed Joint Stock Company, BoR Registration Number 2269, registration date 29 January 1993) as insolvent (bankrupt) and appointment of a receiver pursuant to Clause 3 Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia has decided to terminate (Order No. ОD-1401, dated 4 May 2016), effective 5 May 2016, the operations of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank Alta Bank, Closed Joint Stock Company, as appointed in accordance with Bank of Russia Order No.ОD-403, dated 8 February 2016 ‘On appointment of the provisional administration to manage Commercial Bank Alta Bank, Closed Joint Stock Company, Moscow’, following revocation of a banking licence’.
