On Bank of Russia decisions of 28 April 2014

On 28 April 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To register the internal documents of the Moscow-based St. Petersburg Exchange, an open joint-stock company, as per the list:

• The Rules of the St. Petersburg Exchange, an open joint-stock company, for holding organised trades  in commodities;
• The Rules of the St. Petersburg Exchange, an open  joint-stock company, for admitting to organised trades in commodities;
• The Rules of the St. Petersburg Exchange, an open joint-stock company, for admitting commodities to organised trades;
• The Rules of the St. Petersburg Exchange, an open joint-stock company, for holding organised trades, at which derivatives contracts are signed;
• The Rules of the St. Petersburg Exchange, an open joint-stock company, for admitting to organised trades, at which derivatives contracts are signed;
• Specifications of the St. Petersburg Exchange, an open joint-stock company, for corn futures in US dollars;
• Specifications of the St. Petersburg Exchange, an open joint-stock company, for soybean futures in US dollars;
• Specifications of the St. Petersburg Exchange, an open joint-stock company, for wheat futures in US dollars.

2. To register Specifications of futures contracts on the Russian Volatility Index of the Moscow-based MICEX-RTS Moscow Exchange, an open joint-stock company.
