On issuing licence to manage investment funds

On 2 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue a licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based Real Estate Capital Management Company, limited liability company, and to register the Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based Real Estate Capital Management Company, limited liability company.
