On Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3913-U, dated 25 December 2015, ’On Amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3701-U, Dated 29 June 2015, ‘On the Procedure for Sending Inquiries to the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories and Receiving Information from it Via a Notary’

The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3913-U, dated 25 December 2015, ’On Amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3701-U, Dated 29 June 2015, ’On the Procedure for Sending Inquiries to the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories and Receiving Information from it Via a Notary’ registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 16 February 2016 under No. 41106.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3913-U adds a new rule to the existing procedure requiring the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories to provide information on the credit history bureau in charge of the credit history of a credit history maker to the receiver appointed for an insolvency (bankruptcy) case of an individual credit history maker (hereinafter, the receiver) via a notary.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3913-U envisages that the receiver’s inquiries and responses from the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories to such inquires shall be submitted in the same manner as for individual credit history makers.
