On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company
By its Order No. OD-3323, dated 25 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 25 November 2015 a provisional administration to the Insurance Company OMEGA, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3422; location: 15 Novy Arbat Street, Moscow 119019; TIN 7736207617, PSRN 1027739880013) (hereinafter, the Company).
The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2702, dated 7 October 2015).
The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.
Alexander M. Yeryemin (mailing address: 29 Planetnaya Street, bldg. 1, room 4, Moscow 125167), a member of the Association of Self-regulatory Organisation Union of Receivers Leader (address: 13 1st Volkonsky pereulok, bldg. 2, 3rd floor), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
