On removing information from the state register of microfinance organisations

On 26 June 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to remove the data of the Rational LLC (PSRN 1127847489274) (referred to as ‘Company’ hereinafter) from the state register of microfinance organisations.

The decision was based on the repeated violations within a calendar year of the requirements of the Federal Law No. 151-FZ, dated 2 July 2014, ‘On Microfinance and Microfinance Organisations’ as well as other regulations, namely:

— the Company failed to submit the documents with a report on its microfinance activity and on management personnel for 2012, for the first half-year of 2012, and for the first 9 months of 2013;

— the Company has repeatedly failed to get a hold of mail correspondence sent to the legal address (location) of the Company.
