On removing information from state register of microfinance organisations
On 26 June 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to remove information on the limited liability company Fast Loan System (PSRN 1122310003001) (the Company) from the state register of microfinance organisations.
The reason to take this decision was repeated violation within a calendar year of the requirements of Federal Law No.
— the Company failed to provide documents containing the report on microfinance activity and its management personnel for 2012, first half-year of 2013 and 9 months of 2013;
— The Company repeatedly failed to receive mail at the Company’s address (location).
