On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-767 dated 21 April 2014 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Zapadny or OJSC Bank Zapadny Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1261 dated 2 June 2014):

— to withdraw Dmitry Grakhov, category 1 economist of the credit institution supervision section of the NB of the Udmurt Republic of the Bank of Russia, Olga Ovchinnikova, chief economist of the economic analysis and enterprise monitoring sector of the banking supervision section of the Kursk Regional Division, Tatiana Kayun, chief legal adviser of the legal section of the Kursk Regional Division, Lyubov Zubkova, leading legal adviser of the legal section of the Voronezh Regional Division, Anton Gorbachev, head of the operation planning and internal control section of the Economic Division of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Kaliningrad Region, and Elena Burenina, leading accountant of the accounting and operation section of the Volzhsky-based Cash Settlement Centre of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Volgograd Region, from the provisional administration of the credit institution Open joint-stock company Bank Zapadny from 2 June 2014.
