On termination of the activity of the provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 21 May 2014 on compulsory liquidation of the Moscow-based credit institution limited liability company Settlement non-banking credit institution EnergoBusiness Settlement Centre or SNCI SC ENERGOBUSINESS LLC (Registration No. 3485-K, date of registration — 24 June 2008) and the appointment of the liquidator in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1260 dated 2 June 2014) to terminate from 2 June 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution limited liability company Settlement non-banking credit institution EnergoBusiness Settlement Centre appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-414 dated 26 March 2014 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Limited Liability Company Settlement Non-Banking Credit Institution EnergoBusiness Settlement Centre or SNCI SC ENERGOBUSINESS LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
