On issuing licence

On 2 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue the following licences:

licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Yekaterinburg-based Optimal Investment Solutions Management Company, limited liability company, to register Rules of organisation and internal controls in Optimal Investment Solutions Management Company, limited liability company:

licence to act as specialised depositary of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based Delovoy Mir Trust Management Company, limited liability company, to register Rules of organisation and internal controls in Delovoy Mir Trust Management Company, limited liability company, to register regulations of the specialized depositary Delovoy Mir Trust Management Company, limited liability company.
