On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Tyumen Region, dated 18 February 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution closed joint-stock company Joint-Stock Tyumen Commercial Agroindustrial Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 917, date of registration — 23 November 1990) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-491, dated 3 March 2015) to terminate from 4 March 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company Joint-Stock Tyumen Commercial Agroindustrial Bank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3575, dated 19 December 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Tyumen-Based Credit Institution Closed Joint-Stock Company Joint-Stock Tyumen Commercial Agroindustrial Bank or CJSC TYUMENAGROPROMBANK Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
