On 30 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:
Genesis, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by TETIS Capital, limited liability company;
MFOND, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by MFUND, limited liability company;
TUGRA, closed-end unit investment hedge fund managed by MAXIMUM Management Company, limited liability company.
