On registering amendments and addenda to rules of trust management

On 30 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Business-Real Estate, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Collective Investments Management Company due to the transfer of rights and obligations to another management company under the fund trust management agreement;

Algorithm, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by REGION Portfolio Investments, limited liability company;

Atlanta Venture, closed-end venture unit investment fund managed by ATLANTA Asset Management, limited liability company;

Perspective, closed-end rental unit investment fund managed by TRINFICO Property management, limited liability company;

Rasskazovka, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Everest Asset Management, limited liability company.
