On removing information from the state register of microfinance organisations

On 22 and 29 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took decisions to remove information on the following entities from the state register of microfinance organisations:

• July, limited liability company (PSRN 1086658020591);
• Express-Finance, limited liability company (PSRN 1126671012698);
• Your Strategy, limited liability company (PSRN 1126678010744).

The reason to take such decisions was a repeated failure within one year to meet the requirements of Federal Law No. 151-FZ, dated 2 July 2010, “On Microfinance and Microfinance Organisations” and other regulations, in particular:

• the organisations failed to provide the documents with the reports on their microfinance activities as well as personal membership of their executive bodies for the first half of 2013, 9 months of 2013, 2013 and Q1 of 2014.
