On removing information from the state register of microfinance organisations

On 29 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took decisions to remove information on the following entities from the state register of microfinance organisations:

• FinService EK, limited liability company (PSRN 1116658016672);
• Dengi do Zarplaty Surgut, limited liability company (PSRN 1138602002879);
• Dengi do Zarplaty Surgut, limited liability company (PSRN 1138602002879);
• Credit Doveriya, limited liability company (PSRN 1127448008929);
• Cash Office Mobilnye Dengi, limited liability company (PSRN 1116659008399);
• Legkiye Dengi, limited liability company (PSRN 1137452000949);
• RAMDEN, limited liability company (PSRN 1127447009678);
• Relax, limited liability company (PSRN 1127232046545);
• Old Sable, limited liability company (PSRN 1116670031928);
• Ural Regional Loan Company, limited liability company (PSRN 1117447006709).

The reason to take such decisions was a repeated failure within one year to meet the requirements of Federal Law No. 151-FZ, dated 2 July 2010, “On Microfinance and Microfinance Organisations” and other regulations, in particular:

• the organisations failed to provide the documents with the reports on their microfinance activities as well as personal membership of their executive bodies for 2013 and Q1 of 2014.
