On imposing ban on asset management

On 2 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to impose a 6-month ban on the closed joint-stock company Interfin CAPITAL Management Company to manage the assets which within the trust management contracts with all non-governmental pension funds constitute pension reserves and savings including those slated for payment of benefits and/or fulfillment of transaction liabilities using the said assets except for the actions aimed at correcting violations of Russian legislation.

This decision is taken due to the non-compliance with the Bank of Russia instruction to correct violations of Russian legislation and it becomes effective the day it is taken.
