To allow the circulationoutside the Russian Federation of ordinary registered uncertificated shares of the open joint-stock company Megafon, state registration number of the issue is 1-03-00822-J, dated 16 August 2012, totaling 155,000,000 (one-hundred fifty-five million) including 123,380,000 (one hundred twenty three million three hundred eighty thousand) of ordinary registered uncertificated shares of the open joint-stock company Megafon which circulation outside the Russian Federation was duly allowed, but not more than 25% of the total number of ordinary registered uncertificated shares of the joint-stock company Megafon placed and being in circulation.
