On termination of the activity of the provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated 20 May 2014 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the Ufa-based credit institution Open joint-stock company My Bank. Mortgage or OJSC My Bank. Mortgage (Registration No. 2436, date of registration — 26 July 1993) and appointing the receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1258 dated 02 June 2014) to terminate from 2 June 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Open joint-stock company My Bank. Mortgage appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-410 of 26 March 2014 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Ufa-based Credit Institution Open Joint-stock Company My Bank. Mortgage Due to the Revocation of the Banking Licence’.
