On rules of trust management

On 27 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Altair, closed-end unit investment hedge fund managed by GPI Management Company, limited liability company, due to the transfer of rights and obligations to another management company under the fund trust management agreement;

Iskona, closed-end unit investment hedge fund managed by GPI Management Company, limited liability company, due to the transfer of rights and obligations to another management company under the fund trust management agreement;

Credit Resources, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by Aurum Investment Management Company, limited liability company;

HMB Capital, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Navigator Management Company, limited liability company;

Sozidaniye, closed-end rental unit investment fund managed by Perspektiva Management Company, limited liability company

Inversia, closed-end equity unit investment fund managed by Monomakh Management Company, closed joint-stock company;

Renaissance — Zemelny, closed-end rental unit investment fund managed by Renaissance Capital Management Company, limited liability company, due to the transfer of rights and obligations to another management company under the fund trust management agreement;

Ecorent, closed-end rental unit investment fund managed by Republican Management Company, closed joint-stock company, due to the transfer of rights and obligations to another management company under the fund trust management agreement.
