On 29 January 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register:
Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Sevastopol-based Interstroy Management Company, limited liability company;
Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Simferopol-based KM MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY;
Amendments and addenda to the Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company RWM Capital Management Company.
