On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 92 (1926) of 31 October 2017 has been released.

The issue informs about the establishment of credit ratings to apply Bank of Russia Regulation No. 575‑P, dated 30 December 2016. The Bulletin publishes the Bank of Russia Board of Directors’ decision made during its 27 October 2017 meeting, to reduce the key rate by 25 bp to 8.25% p.a. and interest rates on some specialised refinancing instruments, effective 30 October, due to the reduction of the Bank of Russia key rate.

The section Credit Institutions presents a review of key indicators of domestic foreign cash market in August 2017.
