On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2522, dated 16 September 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Bank24.ru or OJSC Bank24.ru Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-2659 dated 30 September 2014):

— to withdraw Anna G. Nour, category 1 legal adviser of the banking legal support sector of the legal section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Sverdlovsk Region, Igor V. Kurchenkov, leading expert of the informational support sector of the Security and Information Protection Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Sverdlovsk Region, Angela V. Trapeznikova, chief economist of the credit institution registration section of the Credit Institution Registration Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Chelyabinsk Region, Sergey P. Germanov, category 2 engineer of the internal security section of the Security and Information Protection Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Kamchatka Territory, and Marina G. Bystrova, deputy head of the cash transaction section of the Main Cash Settlement Centre of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Krasnoyarsk Territory from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank24.ru from 30 September 2014;

— to introduce Vladimir N. Zorin, chief expert of the information and analysis and internal controls section of the Security and Information Protection Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Urals, Irina K. Vyrodova, category 1 legal adviser of the contract and claim section of the Legal Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Urals, Yelena Yu. Malykh, deputy head of the supervision section of the Banking Supervision Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Urals, and Andrey V. Yarkov, chief economist of the bank licencing and credit institution liquidation sector of the banking supervision section of the Chelyabinsk Regional Division, to the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank24.ru from 30 September 2014.
