On 26 June 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
To approve reorganization of the non-profit organisation ‘National Non-Governmental Pension Fund’ through its transformation to the closed joint-stock company ‘National Non-Governmental Pension Fund’, register the closed joint-stock company ‘National Non-Governmental Pension Fund’, and reissue the document which proves the existence of a pension provision and pension insurance licence issued to the closed joint-stock company ‘National Non-Governmental Pension Fund’.
