Share of foreign investments in insurers’ authorised capital accounts for 19.77%

The Bank of Russia calculated a foreign interest ratio in insurers’ authorised capital. The total value of investments by foreign investors and their subsidiaries in insurance companies’ authorised capital in absolute terms reached 42.8 billion rubles, while the total insurance companies’ authorised capital amounts to 216.5 billion rubles.

The Bank of Russia calculates and publishes this ratio on an annual basis.
