Bank of Russia and Central Bank of Sudan sign memorandum of understanding

The Bank of Russia and the Central Bank of Sudan signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Bilateral Cooperation. The memorandum covers the interactions between the regulators of the two countries related to monetary policy, payment systems, financial infrastructure, foreign exchange laws, international settlements, and other issues.
