FINOPOLIS rescheduled for 2021

The Bank of Russia has rescheduled FINOPOLIS, an innovative financial technology forum, for autumn 2021, following current coronavirus-linked developments.
This one of major nationwide forums dedicated to innovations is held in a format involving many participants, which might not be safe in the current environment even considering the autumn dates the forum was scheduled for.
Moreover, considering the various schedules Russian regions intend to implement for a gradual easing of the lockdown and the uncertainty as to international flights and lockdown relaxations in other countries, it would be complicated to plan for the forum to take place this year.
