Financial regulators of EAEU countries meet in Nesvizh

The Bank of Russia took part in the 31st meeting of the Foreign Exchange Policy Advisory Board of Central (National) Banks of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states held in Belarus. The Bank of Russia’s delegation was headed by Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina.
The parties discussed the economic situation and monetary policy issues, prospects for introducing central bank digital currencies in the EAEU member states, and the regulation of virtual assets.
