Faster Payments System limit for businesses to be raised to ₽30 million

The Bank of Russia is to increase the limit on transfers through the Faster Payments System for businesses to ₽30 million per payment. The relevant draft ordinance is now available for public consultation.
The new limit will apply both to settlements between legal entities and to transfers by individuals and legal entities to the budget system of the Russian Federation.
This will enable businesses to more effectively structure their operations, accelerate the turnover of funds, and make payments to the budget more convenient and faster for individuals, businesses and the Federal Treasury.
The Bank of Russia invites market participants to submit feedback on the proposed change through 12 November 2026.
