Monitoring sectoral financial flows: incoming payments rise in September

The amount of incoming payments made through the Bank of Russia Payment System was up by 3.3% in September 2026, compared to the average of 2026 Q2.
In 2026 Q3, their growth rate came in at 0.8%. Excluding mining and quarrying, manufacture of petroleum products, and general government, incoming payments increased by 3.7% in 2026 Q3.
